Conditions of Sale
1. Your bidding at this Auction indicates that you have read and accept the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. ATTENTION Ebay BIDDERS!! Payment must be made through the Auction House. Invoices will be sent to the email address on file. You may pay via the link on the invoice, or call One Source directly to make payment.
3. A buyer's premium of 13% (through the Auction House) of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. Invaluable/Auctionzip/Ebay will add an additional 5% for using their service which will total 18%.
4. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.
5. Complete payment is required upon receipt of notification of a successful bid . Items must be paid for NO LATER than seven (7) days following the auction. After 7 days, a non paying dispute will be issued unless contact with the Auction house is made for an extension.
6. Please contact prior to bidding for shipping quotes or any other specific questions!
7. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
8. As a courtesy, One Source Auction makes condition reports available prior to the auction. One Source Auction shall have no responsibility for any error or omission; all lots are sold "AS IS". The absence of a condition statement DOES NOT imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or at any other time, or in writing in this catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an express or implied warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. One Source Auction does not guarantee the validity of the Certificate of Authenticities provided. Any such warranty is WAIVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO SALE RESCISSIONS WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF CONDITION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment Terms

Shipping Terms
After Auction Ends, Auction House will get shipping quotes and send out invoices (PLEASE ALLOW A FEW DAYS FOR US TO COMPLETE THIS). USPS is used for most shipments unless another carrier is requested.
TAXES
New York State Buyers will pay 8% sales tax unless Auction House is given an ST-120 Tax Form from the buyer.
