Gold tone with enamel and sterling bird on front. Arthur T. HAGEN (1852-1917) Started the American Laundry Machine Company. 110 Buffalo Road was built in 1930. The American Laundry Machinery Co. manufactured commercial laundry, dry cleaning and textile processing machinery in Rochester, New York, from approximately 1930 to 1960. The Rochester facility closed down shortly after American Laundry was acquired by McGraw-Edison Co.
