This is a Continental Man Blinking Eye Clock. It has a hand-painted cast iron case marked "Germany 1858" at bottom. The key-wound brass movement runs for a 3-day period. It has a 3" diameter porcelain dial with roman numerals covered with thick beveled glass in brass bezel. While the clock is running, The man's eyes rolling back and forth continuously. This clock stand 10.5" tall and 6-1/4" wide. It is not an antique, but it will be a nice choice for those who like blinking eye clocks.
