"Hitler's Inferno Vol. 2: Marches, Songs, Speeches" is the official 1961 companion vinyl release to the original Audio Rarities documentary album. While the first volume was published under the Audio Rarities imprint (LPA 2445), Volume 2 was released under its associated sub-label, Audio Masterpiece (Catalog # AM 2450 / LPA 2450). Like its predecessor, Volume 2 is a monophonic historical audio documentary pressed by Audio Fidelity Records. The album serves as an archival chronicle of World War II-era German propaganda, combining raw audio of military bands, public rallies, and political broadcasts. The album features English narration by Albert Grobe and was written and edited by Richard Strunsky. While the provocative cover art features stark Nazi imagery, the record was explicitly produced as a historical warning. The introductory narration contextualizes the audio as an objective, educational record of how political manipulation and propaganda led to the devastation of the war. Side A (Propaganda & Rallies): Features pieces like "Wir fahren auf das Meer hinaus" (a German sea song adopted by the Nazi regime), "Ade, Polenland," and the infamous "Horst Wessel Lied" sung by storm troopers. It also includes historical audio of Adolf Hitler addressing a massive German youth rally in Berlin in 1933. Side B (Military Power & Civil Compliance): Includes recordings of specialized military brass bands playing parade marches alongside Wagnerian themes. It also captures audio from a 1934 Munich rally where Hitler addresses "worker service men" to highlight the militarization of civil labor.
