Beautiful 1938 Plymouth 8 day mantle clock. This is a working wind-up Plymouth chime mantel clock series Number 891 with a Tambour style case, Seth Thomas movement, wood cabinet, glass face cover. made by the Plymouth Clock Company of Thomaston Conn. The Plymouth clock co. was a division of the Seth Thomas Clock Co.. Plymouth Clock Co. was formed in early 1930’s and lasted till the out break of WWII, Early 1940’s. the clock looks and sounds great. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS
