Description:

It is marked on the bottom. The "5 Band" kitchenware line was introduced in 1936. Chinese red was the most popular color then and is still the very collectible today. Other colors including cobalt, Indian red, marine, cadet, ivory, and canary are often found. Some items in the "5 Band" shape will also be found decorated with numerous decals in both dinnerware and kitchenware patterns. The casserole had two different types of lids --- Knob handle and loop-shaped handled. This beautiful stylish pattern can be found on bowls, a cookie jar, pitchers, coffee pots, a carafe, a batter bowl, a casserole, syrup, and shakers. This Deco pattern fits in nicely with today's kitchen designs.
