Offered is a heavy cast bronze sculpture/plaque of Teddy Roosevelt by American artist James Earle Fraser (1876-1953). Fraser was the artist who designed the Indian Head/Buffalo Nickel for the US Mint. Measures 12.75" X 10". Under the image of Roosevelt is one of his quotes, "Aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords". Signed "Fraser 19@20" upper right. Retains the original Arts League label and heavy wire hanger on the reverse. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything.
