It is signed (see pics). Postmarked October 26, 1933 Chicago, November 18, 1933, and has a foreign postmark on the back 2-11-33 (November 2, 1933?) Includes a 1933 50c Century of Progress Issue #C18 Stamp. #C18, the desirable 1933 airmail known affectionately as the "Baby Zepp" due to its lower face value than the previous three Zeppelin stamps. Rich in history, #C18 is scarce stamp with a direct connection to the golden age of dirigibles and grand world expositions. One of the most attractive airmail stamps ever issued, #C18 sold poorly in 1933 and most were destroyed.
