Printed Broadside of an original 1942 Proclamation for "Abraham Lincoln Day" to take place on February 12th, 1942. This Broadside measures 9" X 14" and is hand signed by both the Governor, Leverett Saltonstall and the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, F.W. Cook. Again these are rare, genuine hand-signed autographs and NOT auto-pen. A great peace of history to for Massachusetts and Abraham Lincoln. Very scarce.
