It was a salesman sample carriage that was built and sat in the window of Carriage Creek in Kirkville, NY. The new owners of the Carriage Creek building the Spicolas discovered it had been owned by a blacksmith in the 1800's, where the blacksmith operated a general store and built wagons and carriages on the second floor. It is very detailed from the fringe top to buggy whip. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS

  • Condition: Very Good Condition with the original wood that holds ups the fringe top has been replaced with a white wire to hold it up.
