It has a Dec. 21, 1918 date stamped on poster and Forbes Library Hampton, Mass. Image of 3 service members posing for a picture and smiling. Tag line says "Keep em smiling! Help War Camp Community Service. Morale is winning the war. Has an artist signature of M Leone Bracker. US WWI Lithographs were used during 1917 and 1918 to encourage citizens to buy Liberty Bonds, special charitable appeals, conserve food and goods and enforce patriotism. Since the federal government had banned commercial radio, the posters were needed to spread these messages. Many of the works were commissioned by well-known artists of the day. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS
