Large, original Broadside of a Proclamation for "Abraham Lincoln Day" to take place on February 12th, 1942. proclaimed by the Mass. Governor, Leverett Saltonstall and hand signed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, F.W. Cook. A great peace of history for Massachusetts and Abraham Lincoln collectors. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything.
