Original c. 1885 steel engraving of General Philip Sheridan in a period wooden frame. Engraving was made by H.B. Hall Jr. (marked below engraving). Philip Henry Sheridan (b. March 6, 1831. d. August 5th, 1888) was a career United States Army officer and a Union general in the American Civil War during the 1800's. Frame has a crack and some slight water damage along the edges but actual engraving is in very good condition. Please ask specific questions on details, condition, and shipping prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, and bidder will be responsible for payment. We box and ship what we can to keep costs low, and use USPS and UPS. Large items, extremely fragile, and high value items will be packed by UPS. Quotes available on request.
