Portable machinist style cabinet chest Desk Organizer with Pigeon Holes and 3 drawers, several slots and a lift open front that also slides in out of way. The Dick & Collins Company was founded in June 1895 (incorporated September 1901), succeeding the paper and pulp works of Alex Balfour & Sons. Their works trace back to the first paper mill in America, built in 1690. Its industry was paper and its headquarters were in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1932, a major interest in the company was acquired by the Mead Corporation. The plant was discontinued in August 1948.
