A high gloss glazed ewer, ca. 1893, No. 617, with impressed marks on the underside including "W" (iris glaze), curled and lobed lip, over a slender handle and elongated neck. The lower round swirled body has hand-painted fruit and leaves, against an ocher yellow and green glaze. The bottom has an impressed mark, which dates to 1893, W and C.A.B., for the artist, Constance Ann Baker, who worked at Rookwood from 1892 to 1904.
