Beautiful antique cast iron clock. This elegant old clock was manufactured by the Ansonia clock company in New York City, NY during the Second Industrial Revolution of the 1880s. This heirloom mantle clock is constructed of heavy cast iron with a curvy, French inspired design, it is painted black with ornate gold details. The clock is painted black with gold details. The inside of the clock is marked "Ansonia Clock Co., New York, Patented June 18, 1882." It has the pendulum but no key.
