The hand written label on the inside says "Terry, Downs & Burwell" The company consisted of Ralph Terry, Elias Burwell, George and Franklin Downs and was in operation from approx. 1845- 1856. It features a beautiful Mahogany case with an original hand painted metal dial. There is no weights, pendulum or key included so we are unsure if it will run. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS
