A hand colored engraving/print depicting an east view of Mount Vernon after the painting by William Henry Bartlett, and printed by James Charles Armytage, circa 1838. View showing the canal lock on the west side of the Schuylkill and the waterworks and reservoir on the west side. This rather rare and beautiful print shows a romantic view of the Water Works and the hill containing the reservoir (where the Art Museum now sits). We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS

  • Dimensions: The image measures 7.5" X 4.75" and is housed in a wood and velvet antique frame under glass that measures 13" X 11".
  • Condition: Print is excellent, frame shows wear expected due to age. Not examined out of frame.
