Back says Beardsley's Souvenir Card, with an image of Beardsley's Shredded Codfish advertising. Undivided back. Front is an image of the Statue of Liberty or the Bartholdi Statue. The Bartholdi statue was originally named Liberty Enlightening the World when conceptualized by sculptor Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi and historian Édouard René de Laboulaye. The monument officially received its famous moniker, "Statue of Liberty," when it was dedicated on October 28, 1886.
