Description:

This is a very nice old hearing aid medical device from the mid-1800's. Unsigned, maker unknown. The earpiece and horn are made of gutta percha and they are connected by a hollow tube with woven exterior. This would make a nice addition to your medical device or hearing aid collection. Victorians could use this to augment their hearing, or to listen to conversations around corners.
