Age 41. Enrolled at Geneseo to serve three years and mustered in as corporal, Co. B., November 23, 1861. Captured in action August 30, 1862 at Bull Run, VA. Paroled, no date and died of disease April 4, 1863 at Dansville, N.Y. as Kennedy. The 104th New York Infantry Regiment ("Wadsworth Guards" or "Livingston County Regiment") was an infantry regiment in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The 104th New York Infantry was organized at Geneseo, New York beginning in October 1861 and mustered in for three years service on March 4, 1862 under the command of Colonel John Rohrbach.
