Designed for the 1997 World Philatelic Exhibition in San Francisco California. Also mentions Earth Summit and 5 Oceans, by the United Nations Postal Administration. Enclosed in the original shipping cardboard mailer with 3 stamps on the front, from the U.N. Postal Administration. All the envelopes have notation “Pacific 97, World Philatelic Exhibition, San Francisco, California, 29 May – 8 June 1997”. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything.
