Shafer (1866-1940) Original Ww1 propaganda poster depicting a German U boat surrounded by an American destroyer and troop ship. It has 6-C on the bottom left and The W.F. Powers Co., Litho, N.Y. on the bottom right. This poster like so many others were issues by the United States government as part of their liberty bonds campaign between 1917 and 1919 to raise money for its involvement in World War I. We describe all items to the best of our ability as we are not experts on everything. Please ask specific questions on details or condition prior to bidding, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We box and ship to keep costs low. We do not use a packaging service, unless the costumer prefers us to use them. We can ship either USPS or UPS

- Condition: Very Good Condition with great color and a couple of small tears on the bottom. No missing pieces. It is shrink wrapped with a cardboard backing
