Conditions of Sale
1. Your bidding at this Auction indicates that you have read and accept the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. A buyer's premium of 13% (through the Auction House) of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. Invaluable/Auctionzip will add an additional 5% for using their service which will total 18%.
3. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.
4. Complete payment is required upon receipt of notification of a successful bid . Items must be paid for NO LATER than seven (7) days following the auction. After 7 days, a non paying dispute will be issued unless contact with the Auction house is made for an extension.
5. IF THERE EVER IS A CASE OF A REFUND BEING ISSUED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES AND BUYER'S PREMIUMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE BID RESPONSIBLY AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID
6. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. In the event of a tie between an online bidder and a floor bidder, the floor bid will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision will be binding and final.
7. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
8. All items are available for inquiries and 24/7 Internet preview prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions based upon years of experience and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. One Source Auction attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, whether by you or any other party from your account, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you have an expert examine the lot for you or do not bid on the item in question. One Source Auction does not guarantee the validity of the Certificate of Authenticities provided. Any such warranty is WAIVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO SALE RESCISSIONS WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF CONDITION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
9. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price.
10. Should internet bidding fail for any reason, please contact 585-730-1910, to enact an absentee or telephone bid. We will do our best to accommodate you at the live auction.
PREMIUM
A buyer's premium of 13% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase by the Auction House. Auctionzip / Invaluable will add their own 5% Convenience charge to each purchase, making it 18% total.
PAYMENT
Complete payment is required upon receipt of notification of a successful bid . Items must be paid for NO LATER than seven (7) days following the auction. At this time the Auction house will try to charge the card on file for payment. If this fails, a non paying dispute will be issued unless contact with the Auction house is made for an extension.
SHIPPING
Auction House will ship, at Buyer's expense. Please contact prior to bidding to get shipping quotes. Allow a 24 hour period for quotes. Items will be packaged by the Auction House and will be shipped via USPS.
TAXES
All sales in NY State will be charged sales 8% Sales tax unless a NY State ST-120 form is provided to the Auction House.
